All downloads are non-refundable.

Overall minimum order value is $10.
We reserve the right to restrict high value orders for 1st time customers.

ORDERING DIRECTLY FROM US WILL NOT SHOW AS eyeglassphotography WITHIN OUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR PayPal INVOICES/PROCESSES.  THE NAME YOU WILL SEE IS epdirectuk.  THIS IS DONE WITH CONSIDERATION TO YOU SO THAT YOUR OWN PAYMENT HISTORY DOES NOT DISCLOSE OUR OVERALL eyeglassphotography BRAND.

The simple but precise ordering process is as follows:

1.Email the full name of the clip(s) to epdirectuk@hotmail.com.  Now is the opportunity to ask any questions before proceeding further.
2.We will send you a confirmation email of the order including the full price.
3.If all is agreeable, we will email a link to our PayPal invoice.
4.Once payment is received you will receive the download link(s) within 3 days.

Downloads are not instantaneous and the download link will be sent to your email address within 3 days of receipt of payment although we endeavor to process your clip(s) as quick as possible and will always aim for a 24 hour turnaround.

Once we receive confirmation that the file(s) were successfully downloaded, the links will be immediately deleted.
