CUSTOMER SERVICE ORDER HISTORY: All ordering is processed via your own email client thus ensuring your personal details are not entered into eyeglassphotography.co.uk.  eyeglassphotography does retain a separate record of the order you placed for basic customer service order tracking incase you contact us regarding your order.  This data is held securely in accordance with GDPR.  You can request a log of the data we hold for you and can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.  However this does not include the administrative order history data which is retained indefinitely by eyeglassphotography so that we can attend to any specific order enquiries you direct to us.  The information we hold on you pertains to your orders and has been supplied by you.  In the interests of full transparency, we will share the basic ordering data we hold for you (as an individual) if it is requested and such request is deemed as genuine with proof of recipient verified.
